BenAnthony’s passion for music has driven him to become one of Canada’s leading Latin artists. His talent and dedication have led him to perform at Canadian Music Week three times, solidifying his reputation in the industry. His work has also earned him an impressive 18 nominations at the Latin Awards Canada, where he has won three times 

His impact on the Latin music scene in Canada was further recognized when he was honored as Latin Artist of the Year by the Toronto Latin Music Awards. This accolade highlighted his contributions to the genre and his ability to bring Latin rhythms to Canadian audiences. 

Performing Alongside Global Icons 

BenAnthony’s success has positioned him as the go-to opening act for major international stars when they perform in Toronto. He has shared the stage with some of the biggest names in Latin music, including Bad Bunny, Prince Royce, Nicky Jam, and Ozuna. His presence is not just limited to Canada, he has taken his performances to the global stage, most recently opening for Dominican rapper El Alfa in El Salvador.

He closed the year with a high-profile appearance at Telemundo 51’s Calle Ocho Festival in Miami, further expanding his influence in the Latin music scene.

He was nominated for Latin Pop-Rock Artist of the Year at the inaugural Hollywood Independent Music Awards, a recognition that underscored his growing impact on the global stage. Proudly representing Canada, BenAnthony won the award, bringing home the prestigious trophy. His victory was even acknowledged in the Ontario Legislature by MPP Rudy Cuzzetto (Mississauga-Lakeshore), highlighting his success as a proud Canadian Latin artist. 

Expanding His Reach: Japan & Canada 

In September 2023, BenAnthony continued to break boundaries by taking his music to Tokyo, Japan. There, he performed at the Global Summit on Education and captivated audiences at various venues, including the renowned Yoyogi Park. 

Back in Canada, he continued to make waves in the music industry. He was nominated for an Oshawa Music Award, where he has previously won, and was later invited to perform in Edmonton, Alberta, further showcasing his versatility and commitment to Canadian audiences.
